You can move one or multiple documents.
Moving one document
To move one document:
Clic on the document
The document control pannel is displayed on the right hand side of the screen
Clic on the "move" icon
Moving multiple documents
To move multiple document:
Select the documents you wish to move (for this, use ctrl + clic, shift + clic ou ctrl + A)
The control panel for the group of documents is displayed on the right hand side of the screen
Clic on the "move icon
Steps to follow and options available
The "move documents" window is displayed.
Steps to follow:
Choose where to move the documents, via the first 3 fields:
Whether the documents should be moved under a company or a user
Select respectively the company or the user
Indicate whether the documents must be moved under the box of the company or the user, or under the archives of the company or the user - in the latter case, you must indicate the type of document
Choose whether the documents should be confidential or not. If you choose to make the documents confidential, then you must indicate which client users have access to the documents.
If, for the selected destination, there is a rule setting a default validity date, and if at least one of the documents already has a validity date, then you must indicate if the validity date of the document should be updated according to the rule.
