Why import the DSN?
Importing the DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) into your Dashboard allows you to track payroll indicators in a centralized and simplified manner. This feature gives you an overview of payroll declarations, making it easier to monitor employee information and social contribution data.
ℹ For users with the full payroll module, the DSN is already in the Dashboard. You just need to add the HR additional model provided by Full.
The DSN format
The DSN file is a format regulated by French legislation. It must follow a specific structure, including several data blocks for each employee, as well as detailed information on contributions and establishments.
The DSN format is based on XML files, where each element is encoded according to a specific standard to ensure the integrity and compliance of the data.
How to import the DSN into the Dashboard?
In the Dashboard, go to the Settings menu.
In Data Sources, click on DSN and choose to import a file.
Once the DSN files are imported, you can view payroll data directly in your interface.
Once the import is complete, you will have the option to add an additional page module for better management and visualization of the information.
Viewing DSN by month
DSN files are displayed clearly and intuitively in your Dashboard. Here are the key tracking features:
Display by month: DSN files are sorted by month for easier tracking.
Import visibility: You can quickly see whether the DSN has been successfully uploaded.
Number of available files: The number of imported DSN files is shown for each month.
Multi-cash or multi-establishment: If there are multiple cash registers or establishments, a chip highlights these specific cases to help you identify them easily.
Thanks to this feature, you will be able to effectively track and manage all your social declarations.
