If your client hasn't delegated their PDP selection to you, we highly recommend you suggest them to pre-register for fulll PDP!
If your client has delegated their PDP selection to you, you can pre-register them directly. For more details, see our article: "How to Pre-Register Your Clients for fulll PDP?"
To help you encourage your clients to pre-register for fulll PDP, we offer two main tools:
1. Suggest PDP: The best approach for maximum impact
The Suggest PDP feature is designed to reach the largest number of clients with minimal effort. Once activated, all clients who are "eligible for suggestion" will see a pop-up window prompting them to pre-register for fulll PDP the next time they log in.
How to use 'Suggest PDP'
Go to the Admin module and select the PDP menu entry.
Activate the 'Suggest PDP' feature at the top of the screen.
Please note: This feature can only be activated by a collaborator with the 'accounting admin' role.
This activation will trigger the 'PDP suggestion' window to display for all your "eligible for suggestion" clients.
After you activate the suggestion, the PDP suggestion status for eligible client users will change from 'not suggested' to 'suggested - no response'. This status will update again once the user provides their response in the PDP suggestion window.
What makes a client 'eligible for suggestion'?
For a client to be considered "eligible for suggestion"—meaning you can suggest fulll PDP to them or send them invitations—they must meet the following criteria:
Be located in France.
Have a correctly entered SIRET number, which means:
A SIRET that we've verified against a public database (via integration).
A SIRET that appears on only one client file.
Have at least one active client user associated with their file.
Not already be pre-registered with fulll PDP.
Important: The suggestion also applies to new clients!
If the mass suggestion is active and a client later becomes eligible...
If a new eligible client is created within the accounting firm...
... their users will be included in the suggestion, meaning they will see the pre-registration suggestion window.
Maximize the number of clients reached by the suggestion:
In other terms, maximize the number of clients 'eligible for suggestion'
Verifying and correcting SIRETs: Make sure as many of your clients as possible have their SIRET numbers correctly entered. You can check and correct this information in the 'Add or correct SIRET' tab on the PDP Dashboard page.
Managing client users: Verify that your clients have at least one active client user, and add more if necessary. You can do this under the 'Add users' tab on the PDP Dashboard page.
2. Send personalized invitations: A targeted or complementary approach
Beyond automatic suggestions, sending invitations offers additional flexibility. This feature can be used in several ways:
As a complement to suggestions - Follow up with clients who haven't yet responded to the suggestion or who have declined it.
For precise targeting - Send invitations to specific clients or even individual users.
If you prefer a personalized approach - Use invitations exclusively if you want full control over the message sent, as you can customize the email template.
Sending an invitation triggers the following for the targeted client user:
An invitation email is sent to the user. The email includes a Call to Action (CTA) that redirects the user to fulll, with the PDP suggestion window already open.
The PDP suggestion window will be displayed upon their next login (behaving similarly to the mass suggestion, but individually).

The table below explains the different PDP suggestion statuses:
PDP Suggestion Status | Interpretation |
Not suggested | The PDP has not been suggested to this user. This means: And no invitation has been sent to this client user. |
Suggested - no response | The PDP has been suggested to this user. The user has not yet selected a response. |
Rejected | The PDP has been suggested to this user. The user selected 'reject' as their response. |
Postponed | The PDP has been suggested to this user. The user selected 'remind me later' as their response. |
Invitation sending process:
Access the 'Send invitations' tab on the PDP Dashboard page.
Use the 'prepare sending' action at the end of a row to send an individual invitation. Alternatively, select multiple users using the checkboxes at the beginning of the rows and use the 'Prepare sending' button at the bottom of the page.
The invitation sending window will appear. Click 'Send invitations' to trigger the sending process.
Customizing invitation emails:
To control the content of invitation emails and tailor them to your communication style, you can customize them. Do this by clicking the button at the top right of the PDP Dashboard page, or by following the link displayed in the invitation preparation modal.
