Managing extended rights for client users

A new feature allows certain client users to perform advanced actions in the Dashboard without going through a practitioner

✅ What are extended rights?

Practitioner can grant extended rights to specific client users.
Once enabled, these users will be able to:

  • Customize the Dashboard

  • Edit widgets

  • Create indicators and forecasts

  • Update the publication date

Once a client user has extended rights, they can also grant extended rights to other clients linked to the same file.

❌ These users cannot:

  • Reset the Dashboard

  • Modify the Dashboard subscription formula

⚙️ How to assign extended rights?

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on "Client with extended right edition"

  3. Select the relevant active client user

  4. Enable extended rights

ℹ️ Only active client users are eligible for extended rights.

🔐 Access conditions

  1. Feature available only with the Premium plan

  2. All actions are logged in the Dashboard Activity Center to ensure transparency

🧾 Good to know
A client user with extended rights operates almost like a collaborator, which is especially useful for shared accounting or collaborative financial management.
