The Dashboard is a data visualization tool that transforms company data into interactive dashboards, useful for tracking and reporting.
👉 Only practitioners can create a Dashboard. The process is simple, guided, and can be completed in just a few clicks.
Steps to create a Dashboard
1. Access the Dashboard module
Go to the menu and open the Dashboard module.
Select the company for which you want to create a Dashboard.
2. Choose the functional coverage
Two levels of functional coverage are available:
Essential
Included by default in the portal.
Contains a pre-configured template with the key metrics to track.
No customization possible.
Exportable for clients.
Ideal for simple reporting and reviewing projections.
Standard
Full and customizable Dashboard.
Enhanced analysis (e.g., AI insights).
Advanced projections.
Access to all available data sources (HR indicators, INSEE data, sectoral comparisons, weather, etc.).
3. Select a Dashboard template
Choose a template suited to the company’s industry or franchise.
These templates are designed to best meet the tracking needs of both collaborators and clients.
4. Configure data sources
The configuration page lists all available data sources.
Some sources are mandatory (e.g., accounting and indicators if included in the template).
To configure a source:
Click on its name.
Review the preview displayed on the right.
Click Configure to start the setup.
ℹ️ Each source has a clear status to guide you:
ConfiguredTo configure
👉 It is recommended to configure all sources listed as “available in this template”.
If left unconfigured, some widgets in the Dashboard may remain empty.
Sources can be configured later, except accounting and indicators, which must be set up at this stage.
5. Finalize onboarding
Click Next to review and confirm the account configurations.
Click Next again to validate.
Calculations will run, and the Dashboard will be generated automatically.
Once complete, you can notify collaborators and clients associated with the file.
✅ Your Dashboard is now ready to use for tracking, analysis, and data sharing.
