In order to be available cost accounting in Image, it must be activated and configured in the accounting software.
In this case, you will then have the option, when entering a financial document, to choose the type of analysis and the analytical section.
Selection of cost accounting
To fill in an analysis and an analytical section, you must, when entering a document:
- Select an account in the “Account” column and enter the amount to be debit or credit
- Click in the column “Section An.”
- Select the corresponding analysis
- Indicate the desired section. You have the possibility to distribute the total amount over several sections, and also over several analysis axes (click on the button to indicate a new analysis axis)
- Click on “Save” to save the cost accounting settings. The analytical field then shows the number of axes configured.
