In order to take advantage of the maximum performance of the system, it is recommended to comply with the following instructions:

Scanning documents

• Remove staples and paper clips,
• Remove any attached and stapled documents,
• Check that the document is not annotated or highlighted,
• Do not mix multi-page documents.

Importing documents

• Importable documents must be in PDF or TIF format,
• Documents must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
  If this happens, the performance of the automatic reading will be reduced.

Document layout

• Do not mix several documents into one,
• A document must contain all the pages of the original.
