To create a new element in the structure :
- Click on "+ ADD"
- Select the parent folder (to which the element will be attached)
- Select the type of the element
- Enter the display name of the new element in the "Name" field
- Click on "Validate"
Check "Folder with associated document type" if the element should contain documents. If not, it will not be possible to archive documents. |
Then the new element is highlighted on the tree.
