Follow up of activities on the DMS archive tree structure

What activities and information are logged?


The following activities on the DMS archive tree are logged:

  • The creation of a document type
  • The deletion of a document type
  • Adding a business profile access to a document type
  • Deleting a business profile access to a document type


For each of the above activities, the following information is displayed:

  • The date of the activity
  • The author of the activity
  • The type of document impacted by the activity
  • The name of the activity
  • The business profile impacted by the activity


If several document types are impacted, there is one line per document type.
If several business profiles are impacted, there is one line per business profile.



How to follow changes to the DMS company archive tree structure?


To find out what changes have been made to the DMS company archive tree:

  • Click on the "Settings"  icon


  • Click on "Company archive management history"



It is also possible to:

  • Filter on the author of the activity
  • Filter on the document type impacted by the activity
  • Sort
  • Move the columns



The follow up of activities is also available for the DMS user archive tree. To do this, click on "User archive management history".
