What activities and information are logged?
The following activities on the DMS archive tree are logged:
- The creation of a document type
- The deletion of a document type
- Adding a business profile access to a document type
- Deleting a business profile access to a document type
For each of the above activities, the following information is displayed:
- The date of the activity
- The author of the activity
- The type of document impacted by the activity
- The name of the activity
- The business profile impacted by the activity
| If several document types are impacted, there is one line per document type. If several business profiles are impacted, there is one line per business profile. |
How to follow changes to the DMS company archive tree structure?
To find out what changes have been made to the DMS company archive tree:
- Click on the "Settings"
icon
- Click on "Company archive management history"
It is also possible to:
- Filter on the author of the activity
- Filter on the document type impacted by the activity
- Sort
- Move the columns
