Dashboard visibility option

By default, a dashboard is restricted in visibility for clients with a publication date.
That is, client can only view the data performed up to the publication date, defined as one month.

Example: the publication date set is October 2020, clients will see their results up to October 2020.

This does not apply to forecast data, which will be displayed completely even if a publication date is set.

It is possible to lift this restriction, customers will then see the data “in real time”. As soon as data is updated (value of an indicator filled, new accounting entry), they will see the result on the dashboard.

Update the publication date

• Click on “ Configuration ” at the bottom left
• In the top part of the page of “ Configuration ”, enter the new month of publication in the format “mm/yyyy” (10/2020 for October 2020 )
• Submit it

Export the Dashboard as PDF

It is possible to export the entire Dashboard in PDF format. During this export, the Dashboard will contain data for the period up to the publication date (limited to the customer view).

To export in PDF format:

• Click on the button  located next to the action buttons on the right
• Then click on "Export to PDF" once the following window appears :

Notify customers

Once the publication date has been updated, it is possible to notify clients and collaborators of the file by e-mail. You may also receive a copy of this email.

• Click on "Send email" to notify all customers and/or collaborators attached to the file
• "Not this time" to not send the notification email
• Uncheck the box above if you do not wish to receive the e-mail notification
