What is the Image application?

Image is an application that will allow you to enter your accounting documents, with the visualization of the scanned document through the application Scan.

Synchronized with an accounting system, Image offers intuitive entry masks for each type of log to facilitate and accelerate accounting.

The application consists of 3 sections:

1.  : which is a space intended for document entry. This is the part of the application where users will find documents that are waiting to be entered. This space is itself divided into two parts, an input mask part and a document consultation part.
2. : which is a space intended for archiving processed documents, whether or not transmitted in accounting.
   
   
3. : which is a space intended for setting up the application that will allow you to choose preferences for entering and viewing documents

The advantages of the application are:

• Comfort: With Image you can easily process the scanned documents thanks to the to the divided screen with the two spaces : input space and viewing space.
• Ease of use: Image and its various features are very easy to use : it is simplified input assistant, keyboard shortcuts, automatic recovery of the charts of accounts, …
• Automatic imputation: The data transferred to the production tool is automatically  associated to the image, to keep the accounting updated.
