How to send documents by email?

From Inexweb, you can send documents directly from your mailbox, by sending email to a specific email address.

  • Send a document into “My documents” section of the application Documents
  • Send a document into companie’s box of the application Documents
  • or send an accounting document, in the Image application. You then have the possibility to indicate the desired accounting book directly in the subject line of your email.


A document can be sent from your email address linked to your Inexweb account, also from other email addresses, known or not from Inexweb (ie: member of your company who does not have any Inexweb account or any external person)


Get recipients email addresses

To get those emails where you can send documents:

  1. Log to Inexweb portal
  2. Click on widget “Your documents by email”
     
  3. And select company folder of the target company.


You will find out corresponding to the three ways to provide documents:

  • your invoices to Image 
  • your private documents to “My documents
  • or your documents to the companie’s box within Documents


Send a document by email

  1. Enter your mailbox
  2. Write new email
  3. Fill recipient address
  4. Insert your document as an attachment file* before sending the email.


If your email address is not known by Inexweb , a validation of your email is required.

Type of documents allowed:
document to Image : .pdf .tif .jpg
document to Documents : Office®, PDF, CSV, XML
