How to send a document in the Documents application

From the Inexweb mobile application, it is possible to send your documents directly to the Documents application, in order to share them with your accountant, or to archive them securely in the application, so that they are always available with you.

1. Once the application is launched, in the activity centre click on the and button and to take captures of the desired document(s), or to transmit a document already stored on your mobile device.

   Or, click on   on the top left menu, and go to the "Documents" section

2. Select the desired area, i.e. "My documents", "Companies" or "Users", then the company if required.

3. Press the button   at the lower right corner.
4. Select the camera icon  "Scan" to open the camera and take a picture of one or more documents.
   
   - Or -
   select   "Send Document" to send a PDF document already in your smartphone.
   
   

   There are 2 scanning modes: SINGLE: allows you to take several single page documents in a row MULTI: allows you to take pictures of a document with several pages. All the photos will be grouped in the same document.

6. Once the documents have been photographed, click on the number of documents photographed at the bottom right and then fill in the informations, including the name and location of the file in the Documents application and edit the documents if necessary: 
   • to rescan if the photo is blurred for example 
   • to edit the photo. You can then crop the photo, rotate it or delete it. 
7. Once the informations are completed, and the documents are ready to be sent, press the "SEND" button. Your documents will then be sent to your accountant.
