The Tasks view
The application allows to:
- Plan tasks and events
- Visualize the progress of the tasks to be done
The application has two areas :
- The central zone which allows you to add and consult the tasks to be carried out.
- The button allows you to create new tasks

- The area on the right that allows to view the number of tasks: :
1. The number of tasks to do "Today".
2. The number of tasks to be completed "This week".
3. The number of "Overdue" tasks that needed to be completed by today's date.
4. The number of tasks already carried out "This month"
It is possible by clicking on each of the 4 boxes to be able to directly filter the list of tasks.
Tasks filters
The search bar
The top search bar allows you to list the tasks according to the following criteria:
- The name of one of the people in charge of the task
- The name of the customer file
It also allows access to :
- A task by writing its title
- A mission by writing its title
Filter cells
It is also possible to filter the tasks using the filter cells. Depending on the cell, filtering can be done by :
- Name of the customer file concerned by the task
- Name of the person in charge of the task
- The due date determined to complete the task (Today, this week, this month, tomorrow...)
- The status of the task (In progress, Completed, Overdue)
Tasks display preferences
It is possible to change the way tasks are displayed. This choice is saved as a preference for the application To do this, all you need to do is :
- Click on the "My Account" button
- Then, click on "Preference".
- Choose the desired display mode between the 3 proposed, namely
- List (basic choice)
- Calendar
- Compact
