Manage your tasks with the mobile application

From the Inexweb mobile application, you can create and manage your tasks.


How to create a new task ?

To create a new task from the mobile application, you must :

  1. Press on the menu   
  2. Select the submenu  
  3. Press the button  
  4. Select "To do" task type
  1. Select the company
  2. Fill in the Task Title
  3. Fill in the Task Description
  4. Fill in the Task Due date
  5. Add any attachments by clicking on  
  6. Assign, if necessary, the task to one or more persons
  7. Subscribe one or more people so that they are informed when the task is marked as "Completed"
  8. Finally, Save the task at the top right.


How do I search for a task?

To search for a task :


  1. Access the menu
  2. Select "Tasks" module
  3. Then click on the button

    Searches can be made by username, by job title, by company...

How to indicate that a task has been completed?

  1. From the task list, select the desired task and then, in the task details, press
     

 


  1. The task is then considered complete
