This interface allows you to find all documents of the same type and perform an advanced search
- depending on the status of the document (to settle, delay, draft, canceled...)
- per customer
- over a given period of time
- or on the subject or reference of a document
Search from the “Document” menu
Filter on a document type
To display all documents of a single type (Quote, Purchase Order, Invoice, etc ...), there are two methods :
- Click on the tab concerned by the type of document desired
- Click on the title block appearing on the line of a document of this type
Filter on a document state
To display all documents of a single status (Draft, Product, Invoiced, Paid, etc ...), there are two methods:
- Click on the “Advanced search” button in the search bar on the right
- Click on the status box appearing on the line of a document of this type
From the search bar
2 possibilities are available to you:
- Either use the search bar and enter the document number, subject, customer name or document status. Documents are automatically filtered as you type.
- Either use the “Advanced search”
- Click on the “Advanced Search” button
- Fill in the search criteria
- Click on “Apply” to view the search results
“Cancelled” documents do not appear in the menus. It is nevertheless possible to display them by using the advanced filter and by selecting the status "Cancelled" from the "Status" drop-down menu. |
An “Export” button is also available. It allows you to export the filtered list of documents to an Excel file. A "View table" button allows you to modify the view of the list of documents by displaying more information. A "see list" button allows you to return to list view. |
Search from the “Customer” menu
- Go to the “Customer” menu
- Select the desired customer from the menu on the left
- Select the “Documents” sub-menu
- Then select the type of document you want, and search for your document using the search bar.
