It is possible to manage updates to documents and thus keep a version history, for example:
- Archive the new version of a contract
- Update the registration extract
- Upload the new version of an Excel worksheet
Sending a new version of a document
- Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies” or “Users” space)
- Navigate through the folders to the selected document
- Select document
- Click on the “ New version”
- Drag and drop the new document into the window that just opened or click on the arrow to open the file explorer
- Click on “Send”
The name of the original document (document stored) will not be modified, even if the new document has a different name. |
History and version management
All versions of a document are listed in the “Versions” section of the “Activity” tab with the possibility to download or delete a version of a document:
- Select document
- Click on the “Activity” tab
- View the number of versions
- Click on the 3 dots on the right of a version:
- Delete this version
- Download this version
