How to enter my indicators?

If you are assigned to enter indicators in the Dashboard, there are several possibilities to complete these indicators.

As a reminder, the indicators will allow you to highlight in the dashboard data that are not from the accounting department and are set by the practitioner in charge of the file.

From the reminder email

At the beginning of each entry period, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to enter the indicators.

  1. Click on the link contained in the email
  2. Select the indicator to be entered
  3. Indicate the values to be completed in the right panel
  4. Click on "Save" to confirm the entry.

From the Dashboard application - manual entry

  1. Go to the Dashboard application
  2. Go to the "Indicators" section located in the left menu.
The overview allows you to find a summary of all the indicators you are in charge of entering, with the status of the entry (to be filled or up to date).
  3. Click on the "Enter values" button (or on the "Data" section)
  4. Complete the data for the period for each indicator.
  5. Click on "Save" to valid your entry.

From the indicator overview, you can also click on the indicator title and enter the data directly into the panel that opens on the right. Valid by clicking on "Save".

From the Dashboard application - via Excel

  1. Go to the Dashboard application
  2. Go to the "Indicators" section located in the left menu.
  3. Go to the Input menu
  4. Then click on the "Export" button

An Excel table is then downloaded, including all the indicators already filled in to date.

  1. Complete the data for the period for each indicator directly in the Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Save the Excel file and go back to the Indicators application.
  3. Click on the "Import" button
  4. Select the previously updated Excel file and validate.

The data is then updated in the application.

It is possible to enter formulas in the cells to be completed. The Dashboard tool will directly retrieve the result of the formula in the cells concerned.

Don't delete/add rows or columns in the Excel file, otherwise the import will not work.
