Pages of a dashboard
A dashboard can be made up of several pages or sections, which can be found in the left menu.
Just click on a page to view it.
see the article : "Sections of the Dashboard"
Pages can come from the dashboard template applied to the company, and they are also editable.
see the article : "Templates and catalogs"
The period of the dashboard
Within a page, there is a list of several widgets.
The results of each widget are conditioned by the period selected.
By default, the dashboard opens in the current fiscal year of the company.
You can then modify this period to view the results for another period.
- the previous fiscal year
- over a more specific period: quarter, month, week… To do this, select the period by browsing the different period granularity
- over a personalized period: by selecting the start and end date of the period precisely.
Access to details and accounting entries
From a table
A predefined table (like the “Profit and loss”) takes up the structure of the chart of accounts . You can thus, from an account section category, access the list of accounts.
Then, from an account, you can access the list of accounting entries in a dedicated table. If the entry is linked to a PDF document, you can access to the document.
From a graph
A chart can represent different types of data (accounting, indicators or forecasts) or formulas.
In most cases, it is possible to find out the details of this data by clicking on the graph directly or the associated legend.
This opens a table listing all the elements (the account items in a section of the chart of accounts for example). For an accounting data, you can also access here the list of accounts, then the accounting entries and their attached files.
In the case of a formula, the table will present all the elements that make up the formula with the operators. Similarly, it is possible here to access the details of each element of the formula.
