In the "Tasks" tab:
- Click on the button at the top right
- Select the type of task to create :
The types of tasks accessible to everyone
- “Todo”: a type of task know as “classic”
- “Event”: allows you to plan an event on a company
- “Question”: allows you to ask a question with 3 possible types of answers in the form of :
- Text
- Number
- Choice yes/no
Types of tasks reserved for practitioners
- "Document request": allows you to request a missing document that requires the addition of one or more documents to be completed. The documents will be automatically archived.
- "Approval request": see the article: "How to create an approval request?".
- “Group of tasks”: see article: “How to create a group of tasks?”.
- Select the link:
- a company, so that anyone with access to the company can see the task through search.
- "none" for a private task. It will then be visible only to the users assigned to it.
- Fill in the fields:
- The title of the task
- The description
- The due date
- Users to be assigned to the task
- “Followers”: follows the progress of the task without being assigned to it
- Task dependency options:
- “Blocking”: allows you to define a task that will be blocked by the task being created. The selected task can be performed only after the completion of the task being created.
- “Blocked by”: allows you to define a task that must be performed before the task being created. As long as the selected task is not performed, the task being created cannot be performed.
- “Group of tasks”: see article: “How to create a group of tasks?”
- “Confidential”: only assigned clients and practitioners with access to the company will be able to see and access the task

The task will be displayed in the section
