From Dashboard, when the folder contains analytical dimensions, the analytic filters are available, the user can also compare several analytic dimensions in one widget.

It may be necessary to compare and analyze the analytical dimensions for a company.
For example, a sports association will compare incomes and expenses by sports in order to make strategic decisions.
As for the filter feature, this functionality is only available if analytical dimensions are available for this specific company.
Compare analytic dimension in a widget
Here the following steps for a widget type as bars, pie or lines.
- Create or edit an existing chart or table.
- In step 3 'Data', click on the formula element to filter.
In this example, the objective is to compare the turnover of two different analytical dimensions: dance and tennis. - On the right, select the necessary analytical dimension(s).
In this example, choose Dance for the first curve, then Tennis for the second. - Click on 'Apply'
- Several analytical dimensions can be combined in a single item.
- When the item has an analytical filter, a badge is attached to the element name.
- By clicking on one of the lines, the detail of the data is displayed.
Compare analytic dimension in tables
It’s possible to compare the results of different analytical dimensions in the same table. To do this, a filter is available on each table columns.
The configuration steps are the following:
- Create or modify a table-type widget.
- In step 3 "data", click on "add" at the column level.
- Select the desired analytical dimensions in the column.
- Click on “Apply”.
- Add one or more other columns if necessary.
