If the client has access to Dashboard but does not have the accounting module, it is possible to import accounting entry files (FEC).
The accounting entries file is a mandatory document standardized by the French tax administration.
FEC format
For the file(s) to be correctly imported, the file must comply with the standards of the French tax administration and be in .txt format.
A file must correspond to one fiscal year.
So, if there are three fiscal years to import, three FECs will be necessary.
How to import the FEC
When opening the dashboard
When the Dashboard is initiated, if the accounting module is not available, the FECs can be imported.
- Drop files,
- Click on "continue",
- Define the start and end of each fiscal year,
- Define open and closed fiscal years.
⚠️ Fiscal year dates must not overlap.
Add or replace an FEC
It is possible to replace or add a FEC by following these steps:
- In “Settings”, go to “Data sources”,
- Import the FEC(s) as when opening the Dashboard.
