How to customize the expiration process configuration?
To customize a document expiration process for a specific client, simply customize the cabinet configuration present on a non-customized client folder.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Helpers" icon
- Then at the predefined Helper level, click on the helper with the following name "Document expiration process management",
- Click on a client folder whose configuration is still that of the accounting firm
Then you need to click on the "Customize" button in the banner, then 2 possibilities
- Select the accounting firm configuration
- Select the configuration of a client folder whose expiration process has been customized
Then click on the "Next" button, allowing you to access the next interface
In addition to the previously selected client folder, this interface allows you to choose other folders to also customize them with the future configuration to come. Then click on the "Next" button to access the configuration interface.
Once the configuration is modified, click on the "Validate" button and confirm this customization by clicking once again on the "Validate" button
