How to create a product?

Once the categories of your catalogue have been created, it is possible to create one or more items in these categories.

To do this:

1. Click on "+ Create" and then on "New article" button
2. Fill in the details of the item in the appropriate fields.

   The selected VAT rate can be modified when creating a document (invoice, quotation, etc.) if it is necessary to choose different VAT rates for the same product. Example: in the building sector, the same service will be invoiced with a 10% VAT rate in case of a renovation, whereas it will be invoiced with a 20% VAT rate in case of a new construction.

   
   
3. Click on "Save" to finalise the creation of the product.

Once the product has been created, click again on "+ Add an article" to create a new one (no limit on the number of products), or modify an existing product by selecting it and validating with the "Save" button.

It is possible to archive an article if it is no longer used. And unarchive it if not.
