This interface allows you to close one of your customers’ accounts.
The procedure for closing a customer account is the same for “Director” and “Secondary” accounts |
A billed company cannot only have “Secondary” accounts. A “Director” account is required. Otherwise, access to the DeloitteDirect portal will be cut off.ing |
Close a customer account
To close a customer account, you must:
- Go to your “Portfolio”
- Select the “Users” menu
- Search and select the customer account to close
- Then click on “Delete this user account” located in the quick actions
- Validate by clicking on “Confirm”
This action will not delete any data. Indeed, if the account is reopened, the customer will find all his data (documents in Documents, messages, tasks…). The login details for the portal (email and password) will also remain unchanged.
Restore an account
To restore the previously “closed” account, select the “Deleted Users” filter in the “Users” menu, select the relevant account, then click on “Restore this user account” and confirm by clicking “Confirm”.
This action is only available by a practitioner with the validation rights. |
