What Scan contains?
- Drop-down menu for selecting your folder.

- Knobs for adjusting the brightness and contrast of scans.

- Bunk for documents intended for Documents application, which don't require accounting treatment.
- Bunks for accounting documents.
- Tree structure of the documents of the selected bunk. Each document is presented page by page.

- Fields to leave a comment before sending
- Rotate buttons for the selected page or document
- Contrast adjustment button for imported PDF/TIFF documents
- Document preview zoom adjustment bar

First steps
After you have connected to the application:
- Select the folder you want to work on, to do so, click on the “Choose a folder” drop-down menu.
This menu allows you to quickly find your folder, via a search field, either by name or number.
- Once the folder is selected, the main view is as follows:
Select bunk to transmit documents and click on “Scan”
-OR-
Drag and drop the desired documents to the bunk of your choice.
- Check the correct presentation of the documents and click on “Send”
- The documents have gone to your accounting firm.
A confirmation of receipt is waiting for you in your mailbox.
