Widgets are a centrally part of your Dashboard. You can add them from the catalog or create them in the different sections of your Dashboard, and configure them according to the data available in the company: accounting, forecast, indicators…
Add a new widget
- Select the page where you want to create the widget.
- To create a widget, click on the pencil to switch to mode “Edit” then on “Add a widget“
- Or on "Select a widget" to select one from the catalog.

- Description : define the title of the widget, a description if necessary. You can also fill in a definition to specify the principle of the data displayed. Then choose the type of widget: Predefined table (“predefined” table, such as the Profit & Loss table or the balance sheet for example), financial table, histogram, stacked histogram, key number, curve, donut or pie chart.
- Configuration :
- Time scale : select the value scale to display on the widget. It is best to leave on “Auto” so that the values adjust according to the period selected by the user.
- Format : select the type of result to display in the widget (number, amount, percentage …)
- Data : This part depends on the type of widget.
- For predefined tables, all you have to do is select the type of data to display: income statement or balance sheet
- For the other widgets, you must fill the elements in the form of a formula.
To do this, enter the label of the formula, then the formula itself.
You have the possibility to select the elements resulting from all the data sources of Dashboard: accounting (account or item of the income statement or the balance sheet), the personalized formulas and the previously created indicators, with the possibility to use the common mathematical operators: + – / * ( ).
You can then add new formulas or new lines depending on the type of widget by clicking on the button.
Color management: click on the colored line to the left of the element to modify the color of the shape (curve, histogram bar, pie chart …).
Example of formula:
- Label: average turnover per reservation
- Formula: Turnover (from the income statement) / Number of reservations made (from indicators)
- For a widget: select the period and the method of calculation (by period or cumulative)
- For a table:
- Select the columns to display: “This period” for the current period, a period N-1 / N-2, month M-1 / M-2 or the difference (must be placed after 2 periods in order to calculate the ‘gap between them).
- Click on the + button to add new columns
- Additional : Depending on the type of widget, you can add a target here (objective), or change the background color of the background.
Once the 4 steps are complete, click on “ Save ” to finalize the creation of your widget.

Edit a widget
To update a widget, you must first switch to “Edit ” mode. To do this, click on the “Edit” button located at the top right.
Once in edit mode, click on the 3 dots located at the top right of the widget to modify. You can then:
- Edit the configuration of the widget, by clicking on the “Edit” button. You will find the same steps as when creating a widget. Click on “Save” to save your changes.
- Duplicate widget
- Add the widget to my collection, in order to use it in another section or in another folder for example (for more information, see the article “Managing my collection”)

- Move the widget to another section
- or else Remove the widget.
You can also resize the widget, by positioning your cursor at the bottom right, or move it by clicking in the middle and holding your click.
Duplicate a widget
- From the Dashboard, enter in edit mode by clicking on the “Edit” button located at the top right
- Click on the 3 dots located at the top right of the desired widget.
- Click on the “Duplicate" button. The new widget is then added at the bottom of the viewed section.

- From the Dashboard, enter in edit mode by clicking on the “Edit” button located at the top right
- Click on the 3 dots located at the top right of the desired widget.
- Click the “Save to collection” button. Complete the requested information then validate by clicking on “Publish”
