The formulas in Dashboard will allow you to create personalized and reusable formulas in your folder and in several widgets, or add them to your formula catalog to reuse them in other companies.

Example: You can create formulas, like “Energy” with all the sections related to water, electricity, etc., or a formula “Commercial margin rate” by dividing the commercial margin and the price of purchase.

Create a formula

• Go to the “Configuration” menu at the bottom left of Dashboard
• In the catalogs, click on “Formulas“ 
• If you have not yet created a formula in your company, click on “Create your first formula“.
• Otherwise click on the   button at the bottom right of the page
• Indicate the name of the formula, and a description if necessary.
• Then build the formula. You can use the elements of the accounting and the indicators previously created, with the following mathematical operators: +, -, /, *, (,). You can also use formulas already created on this folder.
• Once the fields have been completed, click on “Save formula” to save it.

Once your formula is saved, you can update or remove it by clicking on the 3 dots on the right

Using a formula

From the creation of a widget, you will find the custom formulas of the company. You can integrate them into your widget to directly display the result of this formula.
It is also possible to create a formula of formula from a widget or from a custom formula.

Delete a formula

• Go to the “ Configuration ” menu at the bottom left of Dashboard
• In the functionalities, click on “Formulas“
• Click on the 3 dots at the end of the line of the formula you want to delete
• Then on “Delete”
